Free support is given to every GhostSuite user. We will help you get the program up and running out of the box with a standard configuration, even if it takes a few hours. Depending on your computer, it can be up and running in as little as 10 minutes. It just depends on your system. We do however, offer subscriptions services for customer support that will provide specific types of configuration that is not covered in the Standard Customer Services.
Standard Customer Services covers the setup of the basic configuration. The basic configuration is designed to enable the buyer to have the program up and running in the shortest amount of time, because it requires only minor adjustments.
Support for our products can be found on several places. The best place to start would be the FAQ section. Here you can help yourself to the information that is regularly published and updated as GhostMiner develops. There is much more to come too!
Another great place would of course be the Forum . On the Forum you can find help and support from Community members as well as from CnC Core members and Working Group members. The forum contains a lot of information, FAQ's, just about anything you are looking for in terms of support.
Of course you should not forget the Help Channel in Ventrillo. There you will find dedicated support for problems regarding program configuration and more. You can access this channel with the following information:
