GhostSuite: Advanced Eve Online Bot Suite PDF Print E-mail
Written by Mr.C
Monday, 12 December 2011 20:20

GhostSuite, is an eve online bot that is comprised of separate modules that have been developed for automating the tedious tasks in the Eve Online Universe. It has been our mission since May of 2007, to provide pilots with the best eve bot possible. GhostMiner, our eve online mining bot, has become the most innovative macro mining bot on the market. With the latest expansion to EVE Online, Crucible, we can continue to say with great pride, that we are still the first eve bot to have released an updated-compatible version first. No other macro miner has released a working version before us.

As we have progressed and expanded the capabilities of GhostSuite from running a single client to multiple clients, (limited only by your CPU and graphics card) it has empowered our pilots to scale up their operations in eve. Running multiple mining pilots or ratting operations will amass you enough ISK to easily support yourself or your corporation. Whether you simply want to keep your eve accounts active via buying plex, need a ton of minerals to keep your industry characters pumping out ships, or just want to give your corporation a helping hand GhostSuite will help you accomplish your goals.

By increasing the programs OCR and other visualization techniques, we have expanded the modules that have helped to automate other tasks such a freight movement with our Point to Point Autopilot. We've even developed a Hauler module for our jet can mining pilots. When your mining pilot ejects a can it will send a message to your hauling pilot to come pick up your ore. Our salvaging module performs the tedious task of salvaging and looting wrecks from a mission, complex or scanned/probed site and has the ability to go through jump-gates to move on to the next room in the mission.

Another aspect we pride ourselves on is our technical support. Not only do we offer a forum, where many of our customers freely help other pilots but we also offer voice support. We do not hide any sections of our forum, simply register and you have full access. Feel free to ask questions of pilots using GhostSuite or ask a question directly to us, we are happy to answer any of your questions. We also offer support via Ventrilo 42 hours out of the week. You will find Mr.C ready to help you with any issues or field any questions you may have about GhostSuite.

GhostSuite is under constant development, we strive to improve our software for our customers. While we don’t claim to utilize a Team of developers, GhostSuite has managed to set Bench-Marks for the Eve Online Mining bot community. We were the first bot to offer the ability to gate mine, mine to a POS, and even wormholes.  Our goal is and always will be, to offer the best program available to automate eve online tasks.

Haven't tried GhostSuite? Go to our Download Section and get the current release. That's right, you get to test the release that everyone is using. The only difference is the license. You get full access to all the modules and can run up to 5 accounts at the same time, to test your systems ability to run GhostSuite. That way, you know before you buy, what modules you'll use and how many pilots your system can handle.

Well this isn't starting our relationship with iPage very well.  The forum database got corrupted and had to be restored from an archive done a few hours ago.  If you posted a message and don't see it now, please repost it.

Sorry.

Many client changes PDF Print E-mail
Written by Nomad
Saturday, 03 December 2011 21:51

The latest expansion made a multitude (a plethora, even) of changes all over the UI.  New fonts everywhere, location changes, text changes, and a lot of other things I am sure I probably missed.

However, as far as mining goes, I have been running fine for more than a day now.  If you are experiencing a lot of problems, download these 2 files:

http://www.cncmining.com/GMSupport/GM6/GSDefault.xml

Put it in your pilots Preferences folder (i.e., My Documents\CnCMining\GhostSuite\[Pilot Name]\Preferences\CruciblePrefs.xml) and load it.

There is an entirely new OCR mapping file too:

http://www.cncmining.com/GMSupport/GM6/NewOCRMasks.xml

This file needs to go to My Documents\CnCMining\GhostSuite\NewOCRMasks.xml

As far as the core program itself, I have had to add several attempts to overcome some client bugs introduced by CCP.  You may have noticed that Window Identification doesn't work until after a session change.  Windows occasionally move along with the item you are dragging, the Pin Windows option is gone, and several other things that hopefully CCP will fix soon.  Until they do though, the program will just have to try various work-arounds.  Updates will be posted as soon as solutions are identified and implemented.

License Issues PDF Print E-mail
Written by Mr.C
Tuesday, 29 November 2011 11:50

Because of the ongoing issues with our users getting an error when GS tries to verify their license and/or access the web-page, we have come to the conclusion that we have to change web-hosts. So, we have acquired a new account with another provider and will be migrating the website and all services to the new host ASAP.

We apologize for all of the inconviences that our current provider has caused.

Today is September 29th, 11,  and in the past two weeks, we've had 4 licenses/upgrades get rejected  and there is no way for us to contact the pilots, because "the recipient doesn't like the sender". So, if you have sent us an email recently iquiring about a license or upgrade that you have purchased, we can't respond to you, until we've been added to your address book.

New Article Section: PDF Print E-mail
Written by Mr.C
Thursday, 11 August 2011 19:23

We've added a new article section for our members. On the left side of the screen after you log-in, under EVE Articles, (located under the log-in panel) you'll find a link where you can submit an article for publishing, in the EVE Articles section.
The EVE Articles section is for stories of your pilots, that you would like to share with other users. However, as always, since it is a website that is monitored by CCP, be careful about System Names and Pilot Names.
They can be stories about your adventures as an Indy Pilot, or even your PVP Pilot.

Convo Reject Option PDF Print E-mail
Written by Mr.C
Monday, 18 April 2011 19:59

While fine-tuning the preferences today, I discovered that there is a bug in EVE. The window that opens for a chat request from unknown pilots floats around. So, everyone needs to go back into your EVE preferences and set your Auto Reject back to being active (under the Audio and Chat Tab), if it's not. It's being commented out of GS Preferences and the program, until EVE gets it fixed.
